Change the viewing angle first
Glow that moves or changes strongly with your head position is angle-dependent. Leakage or clouding tends to remain anchored to the same panel region.
Use realistic brightness
Maximum brightness in a black room and a long camera exposure create a stress view, not necessarily a normal-use defect. Record both normal use and a controlled dark view.
Judge the task, not only the photo
The practical question is whether non-uniformity is visible in the content, brightness, room, and viewing position where the display will be used.
